- Privacy Policy; and
- Refunds and Returns Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under UK consumer law.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Anyone under 18 may only use the Website with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Using Our Website
You may use our Website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- use the Website fraudulently or unlawfully;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Website;
- introduce viruses, malicious code or harmful material;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its connected systems;
- copy or automatically extract Website content without our permission;
- provide false personal, delivery or payment information;
- place orders for unauthorised resale;
- breach applicable distribution restrictions; or
- infringe our intellectual property or the rights of another person.
We may temporarily restrict access to the Website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or circumstances outside our control.
4. Customer Accounts
You may be able to create an account to manage orders, delivery addresses, saved Products and other Website features.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate and current information;
- keeping your password and login details confidential;
- restricting access to your account and device; and
- notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these Terms.
5. Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that Product descriptions, photographs, shades, quantities, ingredients and prices are accurate.
However:
- colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device;
- packaging may differ slightly from the images shown;
- manufacturers may update packaging, ingredients or instructions;
- batch-produced and colour Products may have minor variations; and
- photographs may not represent the exact size or scale of a Product.
You should review the full Product description, ingredient information, warnings and usage instructions before purchasing or using a Product.
If you have known allergies or sensitivities, you are responsible for reviewing the ingredients and manufacturer’s guidance before use.
Information on our Website does not constitute medical, dermatological or other professional healthcare advice.
6. Professional-Use Products
Certain Products may be marked as suitable for, or restricted to, professional use.
By purchasing a Product marked “professional use only”, you confirm that:
- you have the appropriate training, qualifications or professional experience;
- you will follow all manufacturer instructions and safety guidance;
- you will use appropriate protective equipment and ventilation where required; and
- you will not use the Product unlawfully or for an unintended purpose.
We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe that a professional-use Product is being purchased for unsafe, unlawful or inappropriate use.
7. Placing an Order
Our checkout process allows you to review and correct your order before submitting it.
By selecting the final payment or order button, you are making an offer to purchase the Products in your basket.
After you place an order, we will normally send you an order acknowledgement. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
A legally binding contract is formed when we:
- send you a dispatch confirmation; or
- otherwise confirm that your order has been accepted.
Each dispatch confirmation forms a separate contract for the Products listed in that confirmation.
Please check your order confirmation carefully and contact us promptly if any details are incorrect.
8. Refusing or Cancelling an Order
All orders are subject to:
- acceptance;
- payment authorisation;
- Product availability; and
- any applicable purchase restrictions.
We may decline or cancel an order where:
- a Product is unavailable;
- the price or Product information contains an obvious error;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- we suspect fraud or unauthorised payment activity;
- delivery cannot be completed to the address provided;
- a promotional condition or quantity limit has been breached;
- the order appears to be for unauthorised resale;
- the Product cannot legally be supplied; or
- accepting the order would create a safety or legal risk.
If payment has already been taken for a cancelled Product, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.
9. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling.
Prices include VAT where applicable, unless clearly stated otherwise.
Delivery charges and any additional costs will be displayed before you submit your order.
We may change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted.
If a price is clearly incorrect and could reasonably have been recognised as an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments may be processed by an independent payment provider. We do not normally receive or store your complete payment-card details.
By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
10. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes:
- are subject to their stated start and end dates;
- may apply only to selected Products or customers;
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- cannot be used retrospectively;
- cannot be combined unless expressly permitted; and
- may be withdrawn where affected by an error, misuse or fraud.
We may cancel an order involving misuse of a promotion. This includes creating multiple accounts to use a single-use discount more than once.
Refunds for discounted Products will not exceed the amount actually paid.
11. Product Availability
All Products are subject to availability.
Adding a Product to your basket does not reserve it.
If a Product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and refund the unavailable Product.
We will not replace a Product with a materially different item without your agreement.
12. Delivery
Available delivery methods, locations, estimated times and charges will be shown during checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed delivery date.
We will deliver to the address provided during checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that your:
- delivery address;
- postcode;
- telephone number; and
- contact details
are complete and accurate.
We may use third-party couriers to deliver your order.
If nobody is available to accept delivery, the courier may:
- leave the parcel in an authorised safe place;
- deliver it to a neighbour;
- take it to a collection point; or
- attempt delivery again.
You should follow any instructions provided by the courier.
Unless another period has been agreed, Products will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is formed.
Please contact us if an order is delayed, missing or marked as delivered but has not been received.
13. Risk and Ownership
You become responsible for the Products when they are delivered to:
- you;
- a person nominated by you to receive them; or
- a carrier independently arranged by you and not offered by us.
Ownership of the Products passes to you once we have received payment in full and the Products have been delivered.
14. Cancelling an Online Order
Consumers normally have the legal right to cancel an online purchase without giving a reason.
The cancellation period generally ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you, receives the Products.
If an order contains multiple Products delivered separately, the cancellation period generally ends 14 days after receipt of the final Product.
To cancel an order, you must send us a clear statement confirming your decision.
You may contact us by email or post.
After notifying us, you must return the Products within a further 14 days.
Further information about cancellations, returns and refunds can be found in our Refunds and Returns Policy.
15. Products Excluded From Cancellation
The right to cancel may not apply to:
- Products made to your specifications;
- clearly personalised Products;
- Products that may deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- sealed Products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened; and
- Products that have become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
These exclusions do not affect your rights where a Product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
16. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Products supplied by us must be:
- of satisfactory quality;
- fit for their normal purpose;
- fit for any particular purpose agreed with us; and
- as described.
Please contact us if a Product is:
- faulty;
- damaged;
- unsafe;
- incorrectly supplied;
- missing components; or
- not as described.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer law, you may be entitled to:
- reject the Product and receive a refund;
- a repair;
- a replacement;
- a price reduction; or
- another appropriate remedy.
We may ask for photographs, batch information or the return of the Product so that we can investigate the issue.
Any request to report delivery damage promptly is intended to help us investigate the delivery. It does not reduce your statutory rights.
17. Returns and Refunds
Our Refunds and Returns Policy explains:
- our voluntary 30-day return period;
- your statutory cancellation rights;
- hygiene-related exclusions;
- how to start a return;
- who is responsible for return postage;
- when refunds are issued; and
- how faulty, damaged or incorrect Products are handled.
Our Refunds and Returns Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
18. Product Safety and Appropriate Use
You must:
- read all labels and instructions before use;
- follow warnings and storage requirements;
- check expiry information;
- complete any recommended patch or compatibility test;
- keep Products away from children and animals where appropriate;
- use Products in a ventilated area where instructed;
- avoid using Products for an unintended purpose; and
- stop using a Product if you experience an unexpected or adverse reaction.
You should seek appropriate medical advice if you experience a serious reaction or have concerns about your health.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper storage, failure to follow instructions, unauthorised modification or use by an untrained person where professional training is required.
This does not exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Business Customers
You are considered a business customer if you purchase Products wholly or mainly for purposes connected with your trade, business, craft or profession.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

- delivery dates are estimates;
- you are responsible for confirming that Products are suitable for your business and customers;
- professional-use Products must be handled by appropriately trained personnel; and
- our total liability for a business order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected Products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
- fraud;

- death or personal injury caused by negligence; or
- any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
